Product characteristic:
Pyriproxyfen is a broad-spectrum insect growth regulator with activity against a variety of insects. It is used in a variety of flea control topical spot-on products, alone or in combination with adulticidal insecticides, including dinotefuran, fipronil, imidacloprid, and pyrethroids.
Mode of action:
Pyriproxyfen is a juvenile hormone analog and an insect growth regulator. It prevents larvae from developing into adulthood and thus rendering them unable to reproduce.
1.It inhibits metamorphosis and adult emergence of target insects
2.It does not kill adult insects directly but hatching of eggs laid by treated adults will be suppressed
3.It regulates the transition from one developmental stage to another
4.It artificially enhance the JH level preventing progression to adult stage
5.It interferes with the molting hormone and disrupts the normal development of insect
Target pests & Usage:
1. Pyriproxyfen tc is a broad-spectrum insect growth regulator
Against public health  pests: houseflies, mosquitoes and  cockroaches.
2. In agriculture and horticulture, pyriproxyfen has registered uses for
the control of scale, whitefly, bollworm, jassids, aphids and cutworms
